Carr - Founding Fathers: Home

Students will use this guide to assist them in their research and creation of a Founding Father's inspired music video.

Assignment

After researching their assigned Founding Father, students will collaborate with their groupmates to create a music video that addresses what makes their Founding Father the #1 Founding Father.

Students will address what their Founding Father's major achievements/contributions were to the founding of the USA. They should aim to highlighting shortcomings of their individual as well.

Sit in groups, do research–don’t waste time.  Be sure each student is using a different source.  Don’t duplicate research efforts.  Keep up your bibliography in Noodletools.

Continue research, begin to write lyrics

Write lyrics (Remember song minimum is a full 3 minutes) (I will be at a dr. appt.)

Weekend Be in contact with one another and have lyrics COMPLETE by Monday morning
11/14 Work on creating formatting your video
11/15, 11/16, 11/17 Record and assemble videos
11/20

Finishing touches.  Every student submits their final video on Google Classroom attached to this assignment.
